Strategic Sourcing was formed in 2004 as a unique service provider of brand related activities such as sign design, strategic planning for re-imaging initiatives and implementation of a program or individual project.

The Founder
Robert L. Keyser, President of Strategic Sourcing, is a 31-year veteran of branding and real estate management inside what is known today as Verizon Communications. Understanding the importance of branding and the image it portrays, Bob's philosophy is ingrained in his staff and all of the partners we work with. Bob's tenure started in 1972 with New York Telephone and concluded with Verizon in 2003. In the 31 years with their Real Estate division he was responsible for three major re-imaging programs as "special projects." The $25 million plus Bell Atlantic and GTE merger gave him the opportunity to become aware of the importance of brand image. In 2003, Bob retired and formed the firm Strategic Sourcing.

Strategic Sourcing supports clients in their re-imaging, program management and permit acquisition programs. Many of our clients do not have in-house employees dedicated or experienced in managing large scale programs. Strategic Sourcing has the resources and the experience that will allow the client to focus on their core business and not burden their personnel with another task.
