Robert L. Keyser, President
As President of Strategic Sourcing, Bob offers leadership in design, product specification development, signage placement planning, procurement and implementation of corporate sign initiatives.
Bob has spent a large portion of his career in the telecommunications field. He spent over 31 years in the Real Estate Division of Verizon /Bell Atlantic/NYNEX/New York Telephone.
During his career in telecommunications, many of his assignments focused on brand identity, including the merger of GTE and Bell Atlantic, to form Verizon, which was one of the largest and most successful rebranding efforts in the United States.
It is Bob’s expertise and experiences that Strategic Sourcing was built upon.
Timothy O'Connor, P.E., Partner
As founding partner of Strategic Sourcing, Tim brings more than 36 years of building design and construction industry experience to clients.
Tim has developed and managed corporate, university and government facility programs focusing on energy utilization and capital expansion in both new and reuse/renovated buildings. Through innovation, collaboration and partnering, clients have benefited from Tim's expertise.
Kenneth W. Wasson, P.E., Vice President
As Vice President and co-founder of Strategic Sourcing, Ken offers over 36 years of experience in the design and construction industry.
Ken currently oversees the Business Development division of Strategic Sourcing. His leadership and experience provides a wealth of knowledge to our management team. He has been involved in all stages of design development, cost estimating, specification writing, and construction administration.
Ken’s dedication to details and specifics regarding clients’ needs has provided one more valuable building block to our company’s foundation.
Jeff Mangione, Program Manager
Jeff joined the Strategic Sourcing team in 2007. Jeff's professional background combines over 30 years experience in customer service, client/vendor relationships and project management, with expertise in regional and national signage and fleet rebranding, ensuring client satisfaction. Key clients include Cornell University, The College of Saint Rose, Frontier Communications, Verizon Communications and Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital.
Carole Gensicki, Project Manager
After 12 years as a Project Manager in the construction industry, Carole joined Strategic Sourcing in August 2008. Responsible for the overall management of signage projects nationwide, Carole has served the needs of numerous clients, most notably Verizon Communications. Responsibilities include obtaining client requirements, developing design solutions, preparing budgets, schedules and purchase orders, and managing the fabrication, installation and close out phases of each project.
