In mid 2010, Frontier Communications needed to rebrand 1,900+ locations across 14 states. It was important that all work met local building code requirements and was completed expediently.
Our Solution & Services
Immediately upon contract award, survey work commenced in mid June for a July 1st rebranding for Day One locations. Temporary signage was fabricated for those locations in late June and installed beginning July 1st.
Survey work then commenced on July 1st for the top 400+ locations. During the 6-week survey phase, code research, design solutions, permitting and fabrication were conducted concurrently to maximize efficiency.
An installation plan, prioritizing locations by geography, visibility and square footage was developed with the goal of project completion in a 7-month timeline.
The project was completed one month ahead of schedule and under budget. Strategic Sourcing continues to provide management services for Frontier Communications signage throughout the United States.
